Dave-Aid

Dave-Aid Thanks

MESSAGE FROM ANDREA:
Wow! A huge thank-you to all of the friends, family, fans and fellow musicians who participated in the Dave-Aid concert & dinner April 28, 2013, and helped make it a smashing success for my dad, guitarist Dave Iglar. It truly was a Rock-n-Roll Guitarnival! We welcomed about 240 people and did even better than expected raising money through ticket sales, raffles and the basket auction. Your heartfelt presence and support touched and honored Dave. It’s a day we always will remember.

Dave Iglar gave 110 percent and put on a helluva show, as usual. His inspirational words, peppered with his unique sense of humor, reminded us laughter and friends are the best medicine.

VOLUNTEERS

We couldn’t have done it without our amazing, hardworking staff of Dave-Aid volunteers who did an awesome job with the tickets, auction, raffles, American Cancer Society materials, setup and teardown:

Coleen Angel
Barone family (Cheri, Sam, Rachel & Dom)
Kim & Justin Gentile
Susan DeLuca & Vic Polk
Tam & Rod Miller
Susie Pollock
Gina Baker, Sally Baker & family

The Dave Iglar Band’s Mark DeMeno, Chuck Simon (simonsound@comcast.net), D-Kat and, of course, Dave were instrumental (so to speak) in setting up and running the stage.

ARTISTIC & MUSICAL SUPPORT
Many thanks to Tom & Jean Reiland for their faithful support and assistance, and to Tom for recording video and helping with booking and promotions.
